1. Who may join
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed immediately.
2. Your conduct
- Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate speech and coercion are not allowed.
- Only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to share. Never upload images of anyone else, nudity of anyone under 18, or intimate images of another person without consent — these are crimes and will be reported.
- No commercial activity, escort services, solicitation, spam or requests for money.
- No impersonation or fake profiles.
- Do not record, screenshot or share another member’s private photos or messages outside the site.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited licence to store and display it to other members solely to operate the service. You can delete it at any time.
4. Our role
We provide a platform for adults to meet. We do not run background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone’s identity or intentions. Please read our safety guidance.
5. Membership, payments and vouchers
Paid plans are once-off and do not renew automatically. Voucher value added to your balance can only be used on this site
[and is non-refundable except where the law requires; unused balance expires after (3) years]. Keep your voucher slip until it has been redeemed.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, without notice where safety requires it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we are not liable for the conduct of members on or off the site.
